How to prepare and what to expect?

I will call with a formal introduction and verify the appointment details.

This is an efficient and thorough process. Depending upon the type of document, the signing can take approximately an hour. The time can fluctuate.

Please provide a clear area for the signing.
Please place your pets in a safe and secure area away from the signing area.
Please ensure you have a government issued (unexpired) picture ID available. Please advise if your ID is expired or if you do not have ID.

As a Loan Signing Agent, I will present the documents to you for signing. You will review the documents for accuracy, sign, and date in the noted areas. There will be documents that I will sign and notarize.
If questions arise outside of the scope of my commission, we can reach out to the lender or title for assistance.
I will have one set of documents for the signing and one set for your records.
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and cannot give advice or accept fees for legal service.
